Gov. Arthur Defensor Jr. graced the launching of the 1st Mayor Lydia E. Grabato Basketball Tournament on November 13, 2022, at the Municipal Sports and Cultural Center in the Municipality of Mina.
Also in attendance are Board Member Matt Palabrica, former mayor Rey Grabato, and Executive Assistant to Governor Niel Tupas III.
