Gov. Arthur Defensor, Jr. graced the blessing and turnover of one storey three-classroom building at Malublub Elementary School, Leon, Iloilo this morning.
The project is under Gov. Defensor's BES PROBINS ILOILO Program or the Bulig Eskwela sang Probinsya which aims to support the Department of Education through the provision of infrastructures and facilities to public schools in the province.
