Iloilo Provincial Government employees greet Gov. Arthur Defensor, Jr. a happy birthday during the flag-raising ceremony this morning. Gov. Defensor turned 54 years old on Sunday, October 8, 2023.
The Association of Iloilo Provincial Government Employees (AIPGE) led by President Joecil Mayor gave Gov. Defensor a birthday cake while the provincial government employees sang a birthday song. Gov. Defensor also blew the candle on the cake.
Gov. Defensor then thanked the employees for the birthday greetings.
