Iloilo provincial government employees welcome the newly appointed heads of the Human Resource Management and Development Office (HRMDO), General Services Office (GSO) and Provincial Library and Archives Office, namely, former First District Board Member Renee Valencia, former Oton Mayor Vicente Flores, Jr. and Allana Delgado, respectively, during the flag-raising ceremony this morning.

Today is also the first day for the employees to wear their new set of uniforms.
