Sangguniang Bayan Member Jeffrey "Balonglong" Silveo takes his oath of office as the new Municipal Mayor of Zarraga, Iloilo from Governor Arthur Defensor, Jr.
Silveo, the number one SB Member, succeeded Mayor Jofel Soldevilla who was dismissed by the Ombudsman.
He was accompanied by his sisters Ma. Reme Silveo and Mary Antonette Silveo-Solas.
