They are:
* Jose Rome Aguilar – Mason II, Provincial Engineer’s Office (22 years of service)
* Ma. Argiel Robles – Dentist II, Aleosan District Hospital (27 years of service)
* Ruth Pagmanoja – Sanitation Inspector III, Don Valerio Palmares Sr. Memorial District Hospital (37 years of service)
They were recognized for their dedicated service, unwavering loyalty, and steadfast commitment to public service.
