Meanwhile, the Philippine Red Cross- Iloilo Chapter Western Visayas Blood Center, through its Annual Blood Donorโs Recognition and Awarding Ceremony, honored hospitals and individuals who continue to save lives through voluntary blood donation, guaranteeing patients access to a stable and safe blood supply.
