Gov. Arthur Defensor, Jr. released a check for PHP 3 million to Punong Barangay Rudy Engada of Barangay Dela Peña, Barotac Viejo, Iloilo to construct their Multi-purpose building. Executive Assistant Niel “Beng” Tupas III, former mayor of Barotac Viejo facilitated the release of financial assistance.
