The Iloilo Provincial Government, through its BIDA KAP - Iloilo program is enjoining the barangay sector in its advocacy for real property tax amnesty awareness.
Implemented by the Iloilo Provincial Treasury Office, BIDA KAP (Barangay Isulong Dagaya nga Amilyar Koleksyon nga may Amnestiya para Progresibo nga Iloilo) highlights the barangays as essential partners in empowering property owners to become responsible taxpayers and drivers of local economic growth.
To ensure the message of the tax amnesty program resonated across the province, the PTO launched the Real Property Tax Amnesty Jingle Music and Video Making Contest to make the advocacy catchy and accessible to every Ilonggo.
The winners were awarded on April 8, 2026 at the Capitol lobby. The event is one of the activities of the 125th Semana sang Iloilo celebration.
