Gov. Arthur Defensor Jr. graced the inauguration, blessing and turnover ceremony of the three-classroom building at Sambag Elementary School in the municipality of Zarraga.

This project is funded under the Provincial School Board Special Education Fund (PSB-SEF).
 
Under the Bulig Eskwela sang Probinsya (BES Probins) program of Governor Defensor, the provincial government addresses the problem on classroom shortage of public schools through the construction of school buildings and other facilities.
 
Governor Defensor believes that building resilient infrastructure provides an enabling learning environment for students and enhances their academic performance.
