Outgoing Iloilo Province Schools Division Superintendent (SDS) Dr. Ma. Luz de los Reyes presented to Gov. Arthur Defensor, Jr. her replacement, Dr. Ernesto F. Servillon, Jr. this afternoon.
De los Reyes was reassigned to the Iloilo City Schools Division while Servillon's last assignment was in Guimaras province.
Gov. Defensor welcomed Dr. Servillon as he introduced to him his flagship educational program BES PROBINS or Bulig Eskwela sang Probinsya.
BES PROBINS provides support to public schools in terms of infrastructures and facilities, localized implementation of the Secondary Schools Career Guidance and Counselling Act, and implementation of the Secondary Schools Voter Education Program.
