The Iloilo Provincial Government convened with municipal focal persons to strengthen the implementation of the Proof of Concept Education Reform program, an initiative aimed at improving reading and literacy competencies among elementary learners.

Igbaras Mayor Juvic Escorpion and Pavia Mayor Luigi Gorriceta actively participated in the meeting, reflecting their strong commitment to advancing education in their communities.

Facilitated by the IPG Education Reform Core Team, the session focused on strategies to address foundational learning gaps and ensure the program’s effectiveness and sustainability.

It also served as a preparatory meeting for the Synergeia officers' visit on March 4.
