Gov. Arthur “Toto” Defensor Jr. drinks spring water from the newly-inaugurated water system in Brgy. Guinobatan in the municipality of New Lucena.
The project was funded through the P1.050 million financial assistance from the Iloilo provincial government.
The event was also attended by New Lucena SB Member Atty. Carl Mondejar and Barangay Captain Leoreco Reoyo.
The residents of Guinobatan are now ensured of a clean and sufficient supply of potable water.
