Governor Arthur Defensor, Jr. administers the oath of office of three new provincial government Department Heads, namely, Atty. Ruel Von Superio, chief of Provincial Population Office (PPO); Rema Calderon, chief of Provincial Assessor's Office (PAO); and retired Police Col. Cornelio Salinas, chief of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) this morning.
