The Iloilo Provincial Government, through the Human Resource Management and Development Office (HRMDO), welcomed the Performance Management Team (PMT) of the Province of Antique for a benchmarking activity on February 26, 2025.

Atty. Renee L. Valencia, PGDH of HRMDO, and Dr. Raul N. Banias, Provincial Administrator, warmly received the delegation, while Ms. Maribel S. Fabales, Supervising Administrative Officer and Head of the Development Division, led an insightful discussion on Iloilo’s best practices in Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS). As a province already recognized as PRIME-HRM Maturity Level II, Iloilo proudly shared its experiences in strengthening one of the core pillars of HRM systems.

As part of their visit, the team also had the opportunity to pay a courtesy visit to Governor Arthur R. Defensor, Jr., further strengthening the collaboration between the two provinces.

The participants expressed their gratitude for the valuable insights and key learnings from the discussion, which will greatly support their efforts in further enhancing performance management in their province.
