The City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) of Zamboanga City headed by Ma. Socorro Rojas visited the Iloilo Provincial Capitol this morning as part of their Knowledge Exchange and Learning Visit.

In behalf of Governor Arthur Defensor, Jr., who is on official business in Manila, they were welcomed by Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) acting head Rani Melvi Cuarte.

Cuarte gave an orientation on the PSWDO's programs, projects and best practices at the Governor's Boardroom.
