Gov. Arthur Defensor Jr. warmly welcomed Singapore Management University (SMU) students. These students conduct community outreach in Concepcion, teaching the KALIPI women how to set up their e-commerce shops.
The provincial government hosted their sumptuous lunch at Tatoy’s Restaurant.
Governor Defensor expressed his desire to have more people-to-people exchanges with Singapore for more knowledge-sharing opportunities.
