ASF CONTROL POINTS SUSTAINED AND INTENSIFIED

Gov. Arthur Defensor, Jr. issued last January 14, 2023 EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 011 Series of 2023 AN ORDER IMPLEMENTING ADJUSTED CONTAINMENT AND RECOVERY MEASURES IN PORK FESTIVAL KONTRA ASF: A PROGRAM ON PREVENTION, CONTAINMENT, DEPOPULATION AND RECOVERY AGAINST ASF IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOILO.

The EO implements sustained and intensified ASF Control Points along the borders of the RED (Infected) Zone and Pink (Buffer) Zone in the following municipalities/barangays:

(a.) Checkpoint No. 1 – Brgy. Tina, Badiangan; 
(b.) Checkpoint No. 2 – Brgy. Abangay, Pototan; 
(c.) Checkpoint No. 3 – Brgy. Poblacion, Dingle; 
(d.) Checkpoint No. 4 – Brgy. Natividad, Barotac Viejo; 
(e.) Checkpoint No. 5 – Brgy. Garita, San Enrique; 
(f.) Checkpoint No. 6 – Brgy. Bagumbayan Ilaya, Alimodian; 
(g.) Checkpoint No. 7 – Brgy. Consolacion, San Miguel; 
(h.) Checkpoint No. 8 – Brgy. Talanghauan, Sta. Barbara; 
(i.) Checkpoint No. 9 – Brgy. Jelicuon Oeste, New Lucena; 
(j.) Checkpoint No. 10 – Brgy. Bantay, Sta. Barbara; 
(k.) Checkpoint No. 11 – Brgy. Malublub, Badiangan; 
(l.) Checkpoint No. 12 – Brgy. Abangay, Janiuay; 
(m.) Checkpoint No. 13 – Brgy. Damires, Janiuay; 
(n.) Checkpoint No. 14 – Brgy. Bagongbong, Barotac Nuevo; 
(o.) Checkpoint No. 15 – Brgy. Napnapan, Tigbauan; 
(p.) Checkpoint No. 16 – Brgy. Baroc, Tigbauan; and 
(q.) Checkpoint No. 17 – Brgy. Agboy Sur, Leon.

The above-identified ASF Control Points shall be operated alternately by the adjacent Red Zone (Infected) and Pink Zone (Buffer) Municipalities/Barangays every seven (7) days. 

The Province shall continue to provide financial assistance to Red Zone (Infected) and Pink Zone (Buffer) ASF Control Points.
