The Iloilo Provincial Government joins the celebration of World Breastfeeding Week from August 1 to 7, 2023 and National Breastfeeding Awareness Month this August.
Gov. Arthur Defensor, Jr., Provincial Administrator Raul Banias and the chiefs of the different departments and offices read the pledge of commitment for a mother and baby-friendly Iloilo Provincial Capitol.
The Provincial Nutrition Committee lined up various activities for the month-long celebration which include exhibits, lectures and an advocacy forum.
