Junior Chamber International (JCI) Ilang-Ilang collaborated with the Provincial Veterinarian's Office-Iloilo headed by Dr. Darel Tabuada and Iloilo City - Office of the City Veterinarian headed by Dr. Fernando Abulencia in controlling the rising population of stray dogs and cats by giving free spay and neuter activity.
Our Office would like to thank also the Municipal Vet of Pavia, Dr. Aron Roy Hisole and the City Vet of Passi, Dr. Lib Uyaco for being a part of our team.
