The Iloilo Provincial Government, through the Iloilo Provincial Health Office (PHO), in partnership with the Janiuay Rural Health Unit (RHU), conducted a Food Safety Orientation and Seminar on May 7, 2025, at the Golgota Gym in Janiuay.
The initiative served as a proactive response to the province’s commitment to building healthier communities by equipping food handlers and local stakeholders with vital knowledge on proper food hygiene, handling, and sanitation practices.
This seminar forms part of the Iloilo Provincial Government’s broader public health strategy to strengthen grassroots health education and foster responsible practices that directly benefit the everyday Ilonggo.
