Ramon Tabiana Memorial District Hospital took another step toward fostering a more inclusive work environment by providing training on gender sensitivity for its staff.

The training, which took place on December 10, 2024, was facilitated by Provincial Gender and Development (GADIloilo) Technical Working Group (TWG) members Ms. Janel Tejida-Alegata of the Provincial Population Office and Mr. Jay Eric Suganob of the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office.

This initiative reflects the hospital's commitment to promoting gender equality and awareness.

This was the 4th batch of personnel of RTMDH trained for GAD.

By equipping staff members with the knowledge and tools to address gender-related issues, the hospital aims to create a more inclusive and supportive environment for patients and employees alike.
