Romulo De Castro, PhD, director of the Center for Informatics-University of San Agustin (CFI-USA) with Prof. John Paul Petrola and company discuss with Gov. Arthur Defensor, Jr. and Provincial Health Office (PHO) chief Dr Maria Socorro Quiñon possible collaboration relative to the Asian Development Bank (ADB)-funded ATIPAN Project of the CFI-USA.

The ATIPAN project is a digital health program that provides free telehealth consultation in partnership with 10 underserved communities in Guimaras and Panay Islands.

The group is seeking assistance from Gov. Defensor for their proposed project expansion in the province of Iloilo that could benefit more Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged Areas (GIDA).
