In celebration of National Women’s Month, the Iloilo Provincial Employees & Community Multipurpose Cooperative (IPECMPC) GAD Committee, in partnership with the Provincial Planning and Development Office - Gender and Development (GADIloilo) Unit, conducted this afternoon a Dish Garden Making Wellness Therapy Session for Capitol women employees.

This activity is part of Health and Wellness Friday, a special initiative for the month of March, aimed at promoting relaxation and mindfulness among women in the workplace.

With Engr. Baltazar Gumana of CD Ridge Farm as the demo instructor, participants enjoyed a hands-on session that resulted in beautiful, creative dish gardens, symbolizing growth, resilience, and empowerment.
