Lt. Col. Richard Caliva, Battalion Commander of the 12th Infantry Battalion (IB) of the Philippine Army based in Barangay Libot, Calinog, Iloilo, paid a courtesy visit to Governor Arthur Defensor, Jr.
During the visit, they discussed the Iloilo Provincial Government’s project assistance for the 12th IB headquarters. Governor Defensor assured support for the establishment of a water system and the construction of barracks for female personnel.
