This housing project is in collaboration with the National Housing Authority and the local government units.

The Iloilo provincial government provided the beneficiaries with a safe and adequate water supply.

The turnover ceremony was attended by NHA Regional Manager Engr. Rizalino Cabahug, NHA Iloilo-Guimaras District Officer-in-Charge Engr. Rolly Baldomero, National Commission on Indigenous Peoples Development Management Officer V Hazel Acse, NIA VI OIC-Division Manager for Institutional Development Steve Cordero,  Cahigon Barangay Captain Jinky Lumogdang, and IP Housing Homeowners’ Association President Eduardo Liza Sr.
