- Issuances of Sketch Plan, Vicinity Plan and Blue Prints/Scanned Copy of Lots/Section maps
- Issuances of tax declarations of requested appraisal or reassessment of real properties to include the following:
a. Appraisal and assessment of land (new discoveries)
b. Reassessment/reclassifications of land
c. Subdivision/consolidation of land
d. Appraisal and assessment/reassessment of buildings (new discoveries)
e. Appraisal and assessment of plant, machinery and equipment (new discoveries)
4. Issuances of Tax Declaration of requested correction of data
5. Issuances of Tax Declaration from requested transfer of ownership of real properties
