Provincial Administrator Raul Banias and Gov. Arthur Defensor, Jr. graced the Cooperative Congress held at the Provincial Capitol lobby as part of the Cooperatives Month celebration.

Gov. Defensor underscored the vital role of the cooperatives in the development of communities as he vowed the provincial government's continued support of the cooperative movement.

Participants consisting of different cooperatives in the province listened to various speakers who shared knowledge and ideas relative to the cooperative sector.
