Iloilo Gov. Arthur Defensor Jr. warmly welcomed the Mayors for Good Governance (M4GG) Convenor led by Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong this afternoon.
Magalong was accompanied by the observer mayors from the Visayas.
Joining the governor in welcoming them are Provincial Administrator Raul Banias, Board Member Jason Gonzales, LMP-Iloilo President and Badiangan Mayor Suzette Mamon, and other Iloilo mayors.
They had a meaningful sharing of experiences relative to their local programs and initiatives, especially in responding to crises and emergencies.
The group is in Iloilo City for the “GoodGov on the Move: M4GG Regional Caravan - Visayas Leg,” where the mayors gather to share ideas and strengthen good governance in their communities.
