The Iloilo Provincial Government continues to equip local finance officers with the necessary skills and knowledge to uphold fiscal responsibility, reinforcing the province’s vision for transparent and efficient local governance.

Electronic Statement of Receipts and Expenditures (eSRE) focal persons from 42 municipalities in Iloilo Province convened for a two-day Training and Seminar-Workshop on the LGU Integrated Financial Tools (LIFT) System Review and Analysis held from February 25-26, 2025 in Iloilo City.

Led by Iloilo Provincial Treasury Office (PTO) eSRE focal person Jose Roy Villanueva, the workshop provided critical updates on the LIFT system and assisted municipalities in ensuring the 100% submission of the Electronic Statement of Receipts and Expenditures (eSRE) reports for 2024.

The eSRE system plays a crucial role in local governance, enabling LGUs to track revenues, expenditures, and fiscal performance accurately.
