Bingawan Mayor Matt Palabrica, alongside four employees from the Iloilo Provincial Government, officially joined the ranks of the Air Force Reserve Command.
The group was conferred their Orders and Certificates of Completion following the Basic Citizen Military Training (BCMT) held at San Jose, Antique.
Joining Mayor Palabrica from the Iloilo Provincial Capitol are SGT Ma. Celerina Marmel Caldera, SGT Gavin Matthew Caalem, SGT Chloe Marie Bamo, and SGT Dionel Sison.
