Gov took off at 6 AM, arrived at Barotac Viejo Public Market at 7 AM and had breakfast at Kari Derla of SB Vivian Buenavista.
The Governor met Municipal Administrator Barrameda and later Vice Mayor Doc Ulysses Valdez and SB Espada and friends who are glad to see the Governor.
Even on a Sunday, the public market of Barotac Viejo is vibrant and thriving.
