During today's Capitol Flag Ceremony, Dr. Ildefonso T. Toledo, head of the Iloilo Provincial Agriculture Office, was honoured today for being one of the 31 regional winners in the Civil Service Commissionโs (CSC) Search for Outstanding Government Workers.
Dr. Toledo, one of six regional winners in the Individual Category for the prestigious Presidential Lingkod Bayan Award, was recognized for his exceptional contributions and impactful actions of national significance.
