25 March 2025, Iloilo City – The Iloilo Provincial Government, through the LEDIP Center Iloilo Province, welcomed the visit of Filipinos in Institutional Real Estate (FIIRE), represented by Ms. Jennifer N. Taylor, President and Managing Principal of Ambiculture Advisors.

The delegation visited Iloilo as part of their exploration of potential provinces to host their upcoming Institutional Real Estate Conference in the Philippines. The meeting, led by Ms. Aulynn Yue Sin of LEDIP Center, served as a platform to showcase Iloilo’s investment potential and discuss possible opportunities for institutional real estate ventures in the province.

Also present in the discussion was Ms. Junel Ann Divinagracia, Iloilo City Tourism Officer, who shared insights on Iloilo’s positioning as a prime destination for business and tourism events.
