Iloilo Provincial Government employees start wearing their ASEAN-inspired uniform during the flag-raising ceremony this morning.
This is in compliance with Civil Service Commission (CSC) Memorandum Circular No. 16, s. 2024, which sets the revised dress code for government officials and employees.
Governor Arthur Defensor, Jr. and Provincial Administrator Raul Banias were present in the flag-raising ceremony.
