The Iloilo Provincial Government, in partnership with the Department of Education, distributed early reading kits to the municipalities as part of its campaign of improving the Ilonggo learners' reading proficiency.
The distribution was held during the BES Basa: Localization MOA signing today at the Casa Real de Iloilo.
