Aerial views of an aftermath of Typhoon “TINO" in the towns of Oton, Tigbauan, and Guimbal as well as in selected municipalities in the provinces of Capiz and Guimaras a day after the storm struck Western Visayas.
These images, captured during the Aerial Reconnaissance conducted by the Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (RDRRMC) today, November 5, 2025, showed flooded farmlands and several areas submerged in rainwater.
