The Iloilo Provincial Government, through a joint effort between the Hospital Management Office (HMO) and the Public Information and Community Affairs Office (PICAO) conducted a coordination meeting with the local government unit of Estancia today for the simultaneous conduct of “Project Buligay” and “Hinun-anon sa Barangay” at Barangay Bulaqueña this March.
Project Buligay is a health outreach initiative designed to deliver essential medical and dental services to unserved and underserved barangays in the province of Iloilo.
Meanwhile, the “Hinun-anon sa Barangay” is a grassroots information campaign which aims to empower far-flung villages through accessible information on the programs and services of the Iloilo provincial Government.
