The 14th Sangguniang Panlalawigan, presided by outgoing Vice Governor Christine Garin, holds it final session this afternoon where Garin and outgoing Board Members Marcelo Valentine Serag (First District), Matt Palabrica (Third District), Domingo Oso, Jr. (Fourth District), Carol-V Espinosa (Fifth District), and Ramon Sullano (PCL President) delivered their respective valedictory addresses. Outgoing Board Member Binky April Tupas (Fifth District) is on official leave.
