The Provincial Government Employees Union of Bukidnon visited the Association of Iloilo Provincial Government Employees (AIPGE) for a benchmarking activity aimed at exchanging best practices, programs, and initiatives for government employees.
AIPGE President Joecil Mayor presented the association’s key programs and initiatives, while both unions shared their experiences, challenges, and approaches in promoting employee welfare and strengthening their organizations.
The activity provided an opportunity for both groups to learn from each other and explore practices that could further benefit their respective members.
