Eleven councilors from the Municipality of Aloran, Misamis Occidental, paid a courtesy visit at the Iloilo Provincial Capitol this morning before attending the Philippine Councilors League (PCL) National Assembly at the Iloilo Convention Center.
During their visit, the delegation toured the Office of the Governor and the Provincial Community Defense Action Center (PCDAC). Mr. Carr Brian Griño, EnP, briefed the visitors on the center's operations, highlighting how it collects, monitors, and analyzes data to support the province's planning, decision-making, and emergency response efforts.
The visit provided the councilors with insights into Iloilo Province's best practices in governance, disaster preparedness, and data-driven public service.
