The Provincial Council for the Protection of Children (PCPC) and its representatives from various member agencies are currently holding a workshop for its 3-year Development Plan for Children at Eon Centennial Hotel.
The Local Development Plan for Children will serve as a blueprint that will guide the PCPC and the entire province of Iloilo in the implementation of programs, projects and response mechanisms for the best interest of children.
The planning workshop and focus group discussion among stakeholders and partner agencies are shared and coordinated effort to come up with a comprehensive program and strategy which guarantees the safety, protection and welfare of children in the province of Iloilo.
The Provincial Council for the Protection of Children and Provincial Council Against Trafficking and Violence Against Women and Children perform its duties and responsibilities under the supervision of the Office of the Governor through the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office and the Office of the Vice Governor.
