The Iloilo Provincial Government congratulates Ilonggo long jumper Sam Kenjie Bantillo for clinching Western Visayas' first gold medal in the Palarong Pambansa Long Jump Event Secondary Boys Division at the Cebu City Sports Center.
Bantillo is from Poblacion, Carles and is currently enrolled at Don Casimero Andrada National High School.
