April 26, 2023 - Gov. Arthur Defensor, Jr. joins the other governors of Western Visayas in a meeting called by Interior and Local Government Secretary Benjamin Abalos, Jr. in Kalibo, Aklan. Abalos was in Aklan for the launching of the Buhay Ingatan, Droga’y Ayawan (BIDA) Program Launching in the province.
Sec. Abalos also served as keynote speaker at the opening of the 2023 West Visayas Regional Athletics Association (WVRAA) Meet hosted by Aklan.
